Back in August, the open world adventure game The Sinking City was delisted from several digital storefronts due to a dispute between the developer, Frogwares, and the publisher, Nacon.

Only the versions published through direct agreements with Frogwares remained on sale.

Now, The Sinking City has been relisted on the storefronts it was previously removed from. Don’t take that to mean the situation has been resolved, however.

According to the official statement from Nacon, the Paris Court of Appeal ruled that Frogwares can’t terminate the contract until a decision has been made about whether or not the contract was breached. That is why they asked storefronts to resume selling The Sinking City.

It sounds as though the legal battle between the two will continue.
