Recently, the open world Lovecraftian investigation game The Sinking City was delisted from several storefronts.

Now the developer, Frogwares, has explained the situation.

To put it simply, they were not being paid by their publisher, and after numerous conflicts and legal issues, the only option they had left was to delist the game. Since Frogwares self-published the Nintendo Switch version and dealt directly with Origin and Gamesplanet, The Sinking City is still available from those respective storefronts. A DRM-free PC version is also available from Frogwares.

They hope they will be able to relist the other versions of The Sinking City in the future.
