Developer Troglobytes Games has revealed RailGods of Hysterra, an upcoming Lovecraftian action game that combines the survival and base-building genres. Supporting 1-5 player co-op, this game challenges you to survival a world of horrors as you build your base upon a locomotive that is also a RailGod.
According to its Steam page, RailGods of Hysterra challenges you to upgrade the locomotive carriages to make it both a weapon and a sanctuary, harness dark magic through saacrifices, and face eldritch creatures in an attempt to become a god.
It is currently targeting a 2025 release.
