Dead Static Drive Coming to PC and Xbox

Developer Fanclub has revealed a new trailer for their upcoming game Dead Static Drive, which is being described as “Grand Theft Cthulhu.”

Although that description immediately evokes thoughts of cosmic horror GTA, the developers have described the genre as “horror survival with a procedural narrative” and promise to provide more details ahead of launch. From the trailer, we can see there’s definitely some elements of action and a strong emphasis on driving cars.

According to a 2018 interview with VentureBeat, you will have a month of in-game time before the world ends, and it features branching stories.

Dead Static Drive is coming to Xbox One and PC later this year.
